"The only slight fault was the air conditioner was either very cold or we had to turn it off. However, everything else was perfect and we shall stay again on our return to Benidorm. Communication was really good and everything was spotless. It’s in a great location in the old town surrounded with local bars and in the heart of Spanish culture. "

"Overall, excellent location and place and everything was delightful, I would suggest a floor fan / oscillating fan in the apartment since it can get stuffy with all the windows closed and it would also provide some white noise over the people upstairs when they walk around at night. Someone smokes in the area by the elevator on a lower floor that rises to the upper floors but I assume there is no rule against that. "

"The property worked well for us as we had a wedding close by and a car rental. The property was way up the mountain so you will need a car to get around. "Our host Susanne was excellent! She met us at the property as arranged and showed us all the things that we needed to know. The apartment was well situated for a holiday in Altea, only 2 minutes from the beach and close to shops and restraunts. The car could not park in the street near the apartment but on a piece of ground close by; I could see the car from the sitting room window.
