"The hotel was great! They upgraded us to a suite. Front desk was friendly and gave excellent directions for parking and finding our room. We used the pool it was clean and we enjoyed it immensely. "The hotel is great, beds are comfy, very clean as well. The check in time says it ends at 10pm on hotels.com but it doesn't, the lobby doors are closed but receptionist opens up when you are at the main entrance. "

"Edith and Jose we're very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, over all staff was happy, kind. The Hotels ambience over all was an old school feeling but very cozy. Easy entrance to the RW (riverwalk) with all the stores and restaurant walking distance. No need to drive anywhere just enjoy your time around the riverwalk/downtown area! We'll be back forsure!"
