"We booked nest rooms and upon check in, the person told us they are on the 6th floor with a pitched roof. We asked about the next level room -comfort- and opted to upgrade. This room was more of a standard room. Small but no pitch. If you opt in for no housekeeping, you get two free drinks. We were only there 2 nights, so we did that. Right across the street from train station and walking distance to old town. Staff was nice and helpful."

"Great location. We booked this hotel at the last minute as there was a heatwave when we visited Zurich (highs of 38 degrees Celsius in the day) and the hotel had air conditioning. The A/C was not able to cool below 25 degrees Celsius (even if the target was set lower) but we were aware of this when we booked from other reviews and this was still better than without A/C.
