Welcome to El Palmeral - new to the market!

Surrounded by tropical landscaping for a charming appeal, this classic Florida waterfront 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is beautifully positioned on Amberjack Creek for a peaceful and private getaway. Offering accommodations for up to 6 guests, and a private pool with optional electric heat.



Open the front door to an inviting living room with a seating area, flat screen TV, and abundant natural light. The dining room offers a table for six, and sliders to the pool area. The well-equipped kitchen features breakfast bar for two, and everything you need to cook your favorite recipes! Adjoining the kitchen is a family room with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV to watch the big games or enjoy your movie nights! A set of sliders welcome you to the sun-room with floor-to-ceiling sliders providing panoramic views of the lush scenery outside, perfect to sit back, and relax, allowing for a true Florida indoor/outdoor living experience!



Enjoy a “siesta” in the outdoor hammock, or make some S’mores by the fire pit after a fun-filled day at the beach! The home's highly desired split floor plan provides ample privacy for you and your guests. The primary bedroom is a welcome retreat with a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and sliders with access to the sun-room area. The en-suite bathroom is complete with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV, and sliders to the lanai area. The third bedroom offers another queen bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a single vanity and a walk-in shower. Need an additional office space while you vacation with us? Not a problem! The primary bedroom in this home has a desk, able to transform into a fully functional home office, or for the children to do school homework, or creative artwork to take home! All linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The separate laundry area in the garage has a washer and dryer. This home has smart TVs and Wi-Fi. Beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella are also available in the garage - all for guests to use. This home also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!

Great place to chill out

Heated pool was very very nice. Nice plantings all over the property and a substantial house. Could host a family easily. Saw alligators and manatee in creek out back. Sitting on the dock was pure bliss.

Nice and relaxing

What a slice of paradise! Wonderful to wake up to the wonderful landscaping, have a swim in the sizeable pool, go fishing on the dock and just relax. Publix is just a stones throw away, which is a blessing since there isn’t much food options within a 10-15 min drive. Hopefully the public beaches fully reopen soon after the hurricane damage. But it’s easy to spend a few days at this property without going anywhere else. Also super clean. Highly recommend.

Tropical escape

AHMAZING

Absolutely stunning house. Loved everything about it. So close to Boca, Gasparilla, Publix is within walking distance. Property manager was very easy to talk to and responded so quickly. Pool stuff, kayaks, and beach chairs available. Quiet neighborhood. Saw manatees in the canals! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Tropical Getaway

We wanted a place nearby so relatives that live in a Placida. This was walking distance from the home and a tropical paradise. The location allowed us to take walks in the morning as the temperature was cool for Florida the week we stayed. Highly recommend and expect to book again on a regular basis.

"Tropical Oasis"

Great family getaway close to activities

A great relaxing, clean, quiet place for family (3 generations). Everyone had their own space with pool being main attraction. Lots of toys for the kids for the pool. A tropical feel with all of the trees, giving great privacy. We'd definitely go back.
