"This was a celebration for my Niece's Birthday. My daughter lives in Sacramento and joined us. This apartment is in a good location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to good coffee, groceries, restaurants. We spent Monday at Old Town and then short walk to Golden 1 for WWE. This is not a stand alone house. There are three apartments grouped together. It was clean and comfortable. "

"This property was interesting. Clean and very conveniently located to downtown and attractions. Everything worked as expected. Keypad entry to the house. The entire upstairs was the master suite which was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Items that could be improved: The master bedroom/upstairs did not have a chair or bedside lamps to make reading an option without overheads on. There was no TV in the master/upstairs. Asha was super accommodating with us coming into town a little earlier and allowing us to drop our stuff off so we can grocery shop for the weekend. The kids enjoyed the game room! "The location worked well and has dedicated parking. The apartment has been created from part of a larger house that has tenants, and you can hear them, including kids, running around and talking. The layout is four contiguous rooms: kitchen, living room, walk-thru bathroom to the bedroom. The window unit in the living room isn’t super effective at cooling the bedroom during a May heat wave (low 90s) and requires that bedroom and bathroom doors stay open to have a chance. "Love this house! The location was wonderful! It’s close to river, zoo, park and in a lovely little neighborhood. The house was clean and everything we needed was there. King bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed all aspects of the house. Will definitely stay here again if in the Sacramento area and will happily refer our friends. "

"Our family stayed at the Forest Cottage last month for our family reunion. The house was exactly what we needed for our large family. Plenty of space and beds for all. It was raining while we were there so the kids could not go out but the yard has a lot to offer for kids"
