Beautiful Townhome Overlooking the Caribbean

Enjoy this new Townhome in one of the most beautiful pristine areas in Belize. VRBO awarded our property with the Premiere status due to the number of bookings and high reviews. This three-story home includes a rooftop palapa with breathtaking Caribbean views. Watch the sunrise with your morning coffee, or the sunset with a glass of wine all from this private covered rooftop.

*Please note this property is accessed via a staffed pontoon boat that runs at any time from 8 am to 10 pm. No other access. 2 bikes are available.

AMENITIES:

This rooftop area includes an outdoor dining table and hammock, providing a unique ambiance for private meals, relaxing, or sunbathing. For a perfect vacation, arrangements can be made with local businesses for a private massage or a private chef.

The property has a private dock where you can watch the sunset, and see dolphins or manatees and a variety of birds. Boating tours can pick you up at our dock. The Townhome has bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor located 4 steps up, the main living area -kitchen, living room, breakfast bar, and outdoor dining room- is located on the second floor.

By providing a property manager, Jack, you can rest assured your needs will be met and have someone available for any emergency. Jack will be happy to assist with advice and suggestions on local tours, restaurants, and adventures. We will also provide a guest directory that includes contacts, directions, and info on local restaurants, bars, and attractions.

This development is unique in many ways. Located on a private island at the end of a dead-end street, it is always quiet and peaceful. As you will see on the map and in the pictures, our pontoon boat takes you across the 80 ft canal which provides easy access to town, an easy 5-minute walk to all the village has to offer.

Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules.
The pool may be cleaned without notice during your stay.
Basic amenities will be provided, but more may need to be purchased during your stay.

Sunset Pointe Perfection

Edwin graciously collected us and drove us by pontoon boat to the other side every day twice a day for walking to shops, meals, and entertainment. The house was quiet, clean and air conditioned. Loved the thatch covered roof top and pool.

Very tranquil and pleasant location

This is my second stay here. Very clean, safe and comfortable. Located close to the heart of Placencia Village shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Excellent and very friendly staff. Edwin should change his name to "AWESOME". I highly recommend this place. Book a golf cart in advance due to shortages and unavailability.

Overall good, really nice building and pool

The good: the layout worked for us, good size kitchen, great view from the patios, pool, nice bedrooms with separate baths, Edwin (the man who lives on the property and takes people across the canal) is the BEST. I can't say enough about him. The not so good: quality of linens for the price, kitchen ware for the price, lack of attention to details- propane was not filled, had to ask for key to bikes- twice, got emails from the condos that were completely wrong- twice. Once telling me I still owed about a month after I had paid and one with telling me I was going to check out the next day when I wasn't checking out for 4-5 more days. Overall it was really nice and I would probably stay again.

Sunset Paradise

We spent a week in this very comfortable condo in a spectacular location. Two ensuite bedroom/bathrooms with comfortable beds. Edwin was always available to"ferry" us across the lagoon. The living room couch was not comfortable and there was no TV but wifi access was excellent. Outdoor space included the rooftop, patio and the pool area. It was an easy walk into the main area of town.

Beautiful tucked away townhouse

The place feels new and tastefully done. The property manager was great. However, the location is not in the middle of Placencia as the map in the listing indicates, but is the last property before the sea, across the water way from Sunset Point. The property has a shuttle boat to take you across the water way and you will need a golf cart if you want to get around much during your stay.

This adorable townhouse had everything you need for your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time in Plencia and would go back in a heart beat. Edwin the caretaker was so friendly and great to work with.

A safe place in Paradise

There is somewhat of a exclusive feel to the property, having to go over by boat and feeling ever so safe. The town house was beautiful, up to date and large. You could dine on the first floor where the bedrooms were or the second floor where the living area and kitchen are. The upper roof top is great for tanning and has a table that you can dine at or just enjoy the Panoramic view.

We loved this property

We stayed in Placencia for a month. This was the perfect location. Very quiet, with beautiful views and a wonderful pool. The house is very nice and well maintained. Would have been nice to have a grill to cook fish we caught. Edwin will take care of anything you need, from light bulbs to yours.

Pleasant

This was a nice place for two couples. It doesn't really overlook the Caribbean but sits on a small canal nearby. Getting the boat to cross the canal for trips to town or the beach was no problem. It's a 15-minute walk to the center of town and the beach.

Beautiful Views

We are a family of three on vacation. We enjoyed our stay here. The pontoon boat ride across the canal was very simple and easy. Anytime you wanted to cross someone was always around to take you. We enjoyed using the kayaks and the paddle boards. Even got my husband on the paddle board. The only issue we had was we had no TV. We couldn't sit and watch TV at all upstairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay here again. Best Regards, Jenny

Luxury living minutes away from town

This newly built condo is beautifully decorated, has all amenities and is minutes away from town. Even though it’s located on an island and reachable only by crossing a narrow channel, the caretaker Edwin and his children are always available and eager to help. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michelle’s place. Highly recommend.

Townhouse was perfect! Close to village yet private and quiet. Very spacious, we spent most of our time on third floor deck with palapa. Great views. We rented golf cart, key to enjoying Placencia village and surrounding area amenities.

Great home away from home.

The home was beautiful and immaculate. We had 5 of us there and had lots of room and amenities. It was a tad inconvenient as we needed to cross the canal to get to the house so we didn’t go for evening strolls, etc because the boat ride back stopped at 10pm. The groundskeeper was great and was always very gracious when picking us up - probably more our issue of not wanting to inconvenience him all the time.

Great location. Close to town, but separate from the hustle and bustle.

Very nice clean unit. Rooftop patio was the place to be for sunrise and sunset. A lot of the rentals in Placencia are North of the airport. They’re very nice, but it’s a long golf cart ride into town where the bars and restaurants are. This unit is just a short walk to the village, but it’s on its own island so it’s separated from the crowds and is a little more secure. Edwin the caretaker is amazing too. Highly recommend waiting until you get there and having him set up all your activities. Every guide he sent us out w/ was amazing. Great place!

Perfect, quiet and extremely clean three-story condo @ sunset point Placencia.

In my opinion, this end unit is the best because of the beautiful trees surrounding the side and back area. The views, bird songs and sunrises from the upper 3rd floor porch are unforgettable - a true highlight of our trip! Edwin, the property manager, and his family are rock stars! They are so friendly and absolutely book your tours through him! We did the Cayes snorkel boat trip, the Monkey River tour and the Chocolate making / Mayan ruins... Cagee and Gilly were amazing, kind, funny, knowledgeable locals who enhanced our experiences! The beds are firm and the pillows comfortable. Each bedroom has a lovely attached bathroom. My husband would add that the ventalation fans in all three bathrooms were 5 star :) The kitchen has some spices and oils, peanut butter at the time we were there...and vodka and rum in the freezer, so check the cabinets before making your shopping list. We brought reusable grocery sacks which really helped haul food. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking, but foil, zip locks or saran you'll need to buy or bring. Buy or bring some bug spray for the no-see-em "sand flies", the only place we encountered them at the condo was on the upper deck first thing in the morning, but these tiny gnats are biting machines. We would totally return and stay again! We also met a few of the other owners who were there at the same time - everyone seemed super nice and the other guests were quiet and respectful. We rented a golfcart, but this location is totally safe and walkable into town. Enjoy this peice of heaven!

Very nice vacation to Placencia Belize!

We had a fantastic time in Placencia Townhomes. It had everything that we needed and more. The pool was great and it was nice to hang out in the evenings up top and just take in all the views. Edwin was a great asset as he helped direct us on where to go and what to do and even helped book a few tours. I loved the bikes that were provided also, we took those in to town a few days just to pick up a few things from the grocery store as needed.....so nice to have those available. We really enjoyed it and look forward to coming back one day. You won't be sorry you rented this townhome! Thanks for having us....

The property was outstanding!

We enjoyed our stay. The rooftop terrace was our favorite spot. Edwin the property caretaker was very helpful. We went fishing, snorkeling, & visited the howler monkeys. Edwin helped us arrange those outings with a wonderful local guide. We would definitely recommend a stay at this location.

awesome location

Placentia is a great little town with great food and the location is an easy walk to town. Bicycles were provided and we had fun time using them to get around town a little faster. The property care taker was awesome and I would suggest for any local tours or fishing/snorkeling trips, wait and work them thru him. He has some great connections and we had the best success with his contacts. The town home is great, very quiet and private and when you need to get across the canal, they were always available to take you across.
