The calls appear to be outsourced somewhere in a parallel universe because whoever answers has absolutely no idea how to help with anything at the property....

I did feel that the hotel showed wear since my last visit. It was still wonderful but if I’m being honest it went from pristine to very nice. Locations is Perfect."
