"Wonderful staff. Convenient location in Tijuana."

"The room was pretty old and smelled. The room was for 4 people and only got 2 towels. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower was run down. The shower curtain didn’t reach from one end to another and didn’t reach the bottom either so water spilled everywhere."

"Great spot conventionally by the airport. The area felt safe and there were a ton of dining places near us."

"Habitación limpia."

"Todo bien"

"Breakfast buffet was very good"

"Honestly this property was SUPERB. 9/10 The cleanest hotel Iv stayed in. Everything from the carpeting, bathroom appliances, furniture. SO clean so new feeling it was immaculate! The staff was SOOO nice from the second we arrived. Not even steps from the front door luggage assistance was offered, valet and bellman were fabulous , check in process was easy, bar and restaurant on property was superb. the Only downside why 9/10 instead of 10/10 was that it is directly in the heart of TJ night...

"one of the elevators wasnt working so everyone in the hotel was waiting for the elevator forever. the staff were rude (but so was I... I didnt say "please" and "how are you?"). the in-room desk was topped glass so my laptop mouse didnt work. I had to work in the lobby which has a lot of mini desks and seating so not too much of an issue except for plugs/noise."

"Todo el personal muy servicial!!!"

"Every time I go to Tijuana, this is the place I choose to stay at. I feel so comfortable and safe here. The staff is always very helpful and amazing. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else."
