I was very disappointed in the room I stayed in. Room looked nice but the bathroom tub had public hair in it. The faucet in tub had a slow stream of water constantly running that I heard all night.Went to take shower,no cold water, just hot water couldn't take a decent shower. Wish I could get my money back

When I booked the room, it was supposed to be a river view room and a high floor when we got there our room did not have a view of the river. We called the front desk and tried to get our room changed. They told me they didn't have anything. I am being told by staff that it is Expedia's problem
