"Every single member of the staff I encountered went out of their way to make me feel welcome and provide the best service possible, from the shuttle driver to the desk staff. The shuttle was available both to and from the airport within two minutes, even though I arrived at nearly midnight. "Tracy is a wonderful hostess of this B&B! The breakfasts were wonderful and the room was so comfortable, we felt right at home. This is a great location. Literally just a few steps away from Short North, but very quiet and peaceful. We have been here many times, but we really enjoyed our time here this last stay. The rooms have been refreshed and with Tracy as the new manager of the Lincoln Inn we look forward to staying here again soon. "

"Overall the apartment suited our needs perfectly. Unlocking the entry door was not clearly stated resulting in another guest guiding us. They too had had trouble. Also we had to recheck in for the parking multiple times which turned out to be time consuming."
