"Convenient location (boring main road but near the small downtown area). Friendly staff and pretty grounds - it's several small buildings around a courtyard with pool and outdoor seating. The bathrooms and many furnishings are quite worn - it feels quite overdue for a refresh. "

"The room smelled horrible, it was dirty and had something splattered on the wall in the bathroom, bugs in the bathroom and very uncomfortable bed. The only place to sit, other than the bed, was a bench that looked like it came out of a bus, and it too was dirty. There was a big red stain on the floor and handprints on the headboard. The pictures online looked nothing like the room you are actually given. We would NEVER stay here again!"

"Comfortable, clean, lots of outlets, cubbies. Nothing super fancy, but decent, clean hotel with friendly staff. We needed place to stay when we visited our college student"

"Husband got trapped in elevator for an hr and so called engineer named Angel, had no clue on rules and regulations on entrapment took almost 40 min to call fire dpt for assistance.. he thought everything was a joke , additional staff unaware of protocols on entrapments. Unprofessional staff. Ice maker broken on 4th floor. Room was decent. "

"This was the worst place ever. It smelled like urine and weed. The smell gave me an allergic reaction. The elevator does not work and they tried to put us on the third floor with a handicapped person so we couldn’t get to the room. Although they couldn’t accommodate us they refused to refund us. Lots of people smoking things hanging around. Please do yourself a favor a stay away from this place unless you are a drug addict or don’t mind living on the edge."

"The rooms were oright but i did found a roach woundering in the bathroom floor ,toothpaste on the wall, thats all bad cuz that means they dont clean the rooms good.."

"The hot tub wasnt working i never fully checked in for this reason and after disputing this with a representaive from expedia i was told that i could not get my full refund and i never got my cancellation reference number by expedia and when i called them they were only willing to give half of my money back meanwhile they were now fully booked with no rooms available what a scam"

"Shower was clogged with what I was told by the person I was with a dildo. There was 2 drawers that were stuck so I tried to unstick them by but couldn't do I removed the top 2 drawers to look into the bottom drawers. There was an additional room that was tapped off and possibly barricaded from the other side. I tried to open it but it didn't really budge. Someone knocked on the door or something after 11 which was checkout telling us that it was time to go. We left no later than like 11:30."

"Refused to let me stay there due to my vehicle only Hotel I've ever seen and or heard of that does not let you park on site nor is there parking around anywhere the staff was extremely rude and had no supervisor to speak to or had on site or was willing to call them when Expedia tried calling them to get me a refund they refuse to answer"
