The owners have done an outstanding restoration to this beautiful home and property. The cottage is equally as lovely with two bedrooms, kitchen and bath. "This location was great for our small crew of kayakers and eBikers. There were plenty of places to drop in kayaks along the river, and the eBike trail at the end of the driveway went for many, many miles.Stuart was very helpful and quickly answered all of our questions. The gardens were beautiful, and great to hang out by the fire when night time came."

"Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn."

"5 adults over Christmas. Fireplace worked well. No problem with hot water with 5 people. Double bed in one room tilted to one side. Resolved by stuffing many pillows under mattress to level bed. Few towels and dishtowels. washer and dryer superb. Great place for our Golden Retriever. Door to back yard passes cold air so heat is on most of the time. Furnaced worked real well. Safety alert:front and back porched are tiled. THEY are very slippery. We had to put rubber yoga mats on...

"This property was in a quiet area and was nice to get away from the city. Very convenient to many little towns nearby. Joann was very communicative and offered great restaurant options nearby! Would stay here again. "

"Great place to stay at. Close to many restaurants, walking distance to the university campus but a great plus that parking was included. Place had the essentials you needed and kitchen was stocked with all kinds of appliances. Spacious area and beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and parking was included. Would stay here again, would recommend to family and friends."

"New Hope was so fun for the weekend and this place was perfect! Really great walkable location although nice and quiet at night. Beds were cozy. Living room was okay cozy wise doesn’t have a true couch. But still 5 stars and would return! "

The house was very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded.
