"This house was a good landing place for our large family gathering. We liked the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable gathering area in the living room. We loved having meals out on the deck, hanging out in the hot tub, shooting hoops in the basketball hoop, and using the fire pit. The listing isn’t clear about the beds that are in each room. "The property was nicely renovated and well stocked and as described in the listing. The AC was especially nice as we happened to be in town on one of the hottest weeks of the summer! We appreciated the central location as well. Overall a very good property, I would stay here again if we are in the area. "

"My family stayed here for a wedding in newtown. What a lovely apartment! It was a rainy cooler june weekend so we didnt get to enjoy the outdoor space as much but parts of the patio/deck was covered which was great. The pingpong table and some porch areas needed a sweep but otherwise it was delightful, clean, cozy. We’d stay here again. "

"New Hope was so fun for the weekend and this place was perfect! Really great walkable location although nice and quiet at night. Beds were cozy. Living room was okay cozy wise doesn’t have a true couch. But still 5 stars and would return! "

"Wonderful quiet space for visiting the New Hope area. Nicely stocked coffee/tea bar in kitchen including some snacks. Very clean and comfortable. The area had a storm while we were there and lost power but this place has a generator that kicked on and we continued to have power. "

"Adorable, clean home within easy drive of Bethlehem where we were seeing a concert. It was perfect for our little overnight getaway. We even checked out Bushkill Falls. Vanessa's replies to questions was very quick. Highly recommend. "

"Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn."

" The house was comfortable for our group of 12 with comfortable sleeping arrangements, a kitchen well-organized for a family who likes to cook, flexible seating and eating areas and a large family room with bar in the back. We had an issue with the grill on the deck; the owner responded and took care of the issue first thing the next day. "We had three peaceful and relaxing nights at this comfortable cottage in the woods. There were deer and bunnies, black squirrels and lots of birds outside, but inside was a nicely appointed and well equipped space perfect for unwinding.The location allows exploration of the more rural part of Bucks County, with lots of winding roads and working farm country to explore. And all of the more civilized assets of that part of Pennsylvania are not far away. It was a good, low-key visit. Thank you!"

"This cottage is a gem! It is a quiet and peaceful place to stay only 5 minutes from downtown Doylestown. The hosts thought of every possible amenity, even having our favorite breakfast items and homemade baked goods waiting for us! We woke to a deer grazing near the pond and a buck laying in the woods just beyond our deck. I will definitely be looking to come back here if we are in the area again."
