🏔 Steep Terrain – The South Side Slopes is known for its hills. Guests should be comfortable with inclines and stairs.

❄️ Winter Tip – In snowy conditions, AWD or 4WD is recommended.

🏠 Multi-Level Layout – The home spans three floors with interior stairs.

🚶‍♂️ Parking Access – From the parking pad, there are approximately two exterior flights of stairs to reach the main entrance.

Wonderful stay. Great spacious house close to where we wanted to be.

Overall, great house and location. Close to everything. The owner was communicating the whole time, before, during and after. We’d definitely rent here again.

Good house with quick access to Pitt life

The house was just as mentioned in the description, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house was clean, but be aware that there are steep steps leading to the parking space/house and the steps to the bedrooms are steep also. The neighborhood is quiet and fast access to everything Pitt. Nick was super helpful and fast at responding.
