This House offers Very Relaxing to Nature with Big yard and
provide good Privacy with small rolling hills little further away from City.
Home features 2 Bedroom 2 Bath with Plenty of space for outdoor and Indoor activities such as 2 big Screen TV, Free Wi-Fi, Sunroom, Celing fans, Office Space and Comfortable Mattress and Sofa. Updated Kitchen with Appliances with Laundry and Dryer .Bathroom provides with lines and shampoo, lotion,hair dryer etc.

House is 18 Miles from City of Pittsburgh which offers many activities..

Great location and loved the outdoor space. We had trouble connecting to the WIFI but wasn't a big deal for us. My husband is a large guy, so the basement bathroom was a really tight squeeze. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will check here when visiting family in Pittsburgh!

Highly recommend

We are from Ohio and my mom was having a long, extensive, and risky surgery at UPMC and we wanted to be close. We had the family, including our 8 month old son and dog. We loved that it had most everything we needed while also not being too cluttered so it allowed us to set up our dog cage and pack and play and there was very little baby proofing we had to do. The yard was wonderful for our dog to run around but definitely pretty steep, which was fine for us but others may be limited. Beds were soft and comfy. Shower was amazing. Having 2 large smart tvs with full cable and free wifi was a huge bonus. Lots of towels, bathroom supplies, shampoo, conditioner, blankets, pillows, etc. Host was quick to reply and kindly accommodating. My only minor complaint would be that some dishes and kitchenware were dirty and there was only 1 sponge and it was very used and deteriorated which was kinda gross. Its also a bit of a drive to Pittsburgh. We knew it was about 30 min but it almost always took longer, sometimes much longer (Saturday it took an hour) because of all the traffic. So if you NEED to get to the city in 30 min or less, it will be a gamble. But overall we highly recommend.

Perfect rental house

20.25 x 26.75 Kitchen window 35 w x 34.5 w Bedrm closet 46.75 w x 80 inside Outside trim 53 w x 83.5 We stayed here for 6 weeks to escape the Texas summer. We definitely recommend this location. It's clean and well maintained. The yard was great for kids and the dog. Host is very approachable, however, we had zero issues. A lovely setting and house.will be staying here again.

In-between House

We stayed here for 3 days from selling one property in York Pa and closing on our new home in Jeannette. Wonderful stay! I can't say it often enough, PERFECT. It was very clean, perfect for our dogs, very nice neighborhood. I could go on. I've never stayed at a VRBO that was so well stocked with EVERYTHING! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Clean, quiet, private, great place to stay

This is a great house for an extended stay or for a couple of nights. I needed a clean, quiet, private place to stay for a few weeks while working. Awesome office area with great view, lots of windows. House has a great place to sit outside, and grill was provided. Comfortable beds, and everything you need in the kitchen. Host was responsive, kind, easy to contact, and helpful with questions I had. Place has a garage too. Internet was fast for streaming, no issue. Wonderful, relaxing.

Pet Friendly relaxed stay

This house was clean and had a very nice office. The backyard is big although on the hilly side. The yard is not fenced but the backyard is big and there's not many houses around so my dog had some room to run around and play as long as he was supervised. The house has a big basement with another living room and tv that we didnt even use. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean. Altogether, a quiet and calm stay.

Great Stay While Waiting For House

We were looking for housing while waiting for our house to be built, and this was just what the doctor ordered. The lot is large and great for walking the dogs around. The internet is great, and we did not miss a beat as a family needing bandwidth. We were able to get work done. All of the common amenities are available (with the exception of a garbage disposal and dishwasher), and the owner stocks all of the toiletries and things you will need. The owner is also incredibly responsive and helpful. This house was an absolute lifesaver.

Great as a temporary house while hunting

We were happy with the nice shower, comfy beds, plenty of room, work from home area, nice towels and sheets, comfortable A/C, pretty outdoor patio and yard, TV for movies in the living and basement, W/D, two car parking spots in driveway, and room for storage! We were able to stay until we bought a house - priceless.

Good For Us

Absolutely Perfect

I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this may have been the absolute best. The home was impeccably clean and well-appointed. The bed was so comfortable and there was plenty of room for your clothes so you did not have to live out of a suitcase. The owners spared no expense on upgrades to the kitchen and bathroom. I had to do some baking for Thanksgiving at my sisters house and the oven was the cleanest and best I’ve ever used in a rental. Thankfully I didn’t have to work much over the holiday, but there is an office area that would rival any home office, complete with printer. Two people could have easily spread out and worked there. The furniture was top notch and very comfortable. And I appreciated the big fluffy bath towels! It was nice having a large yard to take the pups for a walk in the morning. Sanjay was wonderful to work with and the check-in/out process was extremely clear and simple. I give this place top marks for anyone needing to stay in the area for business or pleasure!!

Comfortable Retreat

My BFF and I had an extra-long, very nice girls’ weekend in the hills of PA. The property was perfect for our needs with comfortable beds, large smart TVs, upgraded bathroom and even an area for us to both work comfortably. Thank you and we will be back!
