"I found dead bugs in the kitchen ceiling light. The front door was dirty. After a spring shower, the entrance pavers were dirty. This is part of a duplex. The neighbor’s dog barked every time I walked past their window, which was required to get to the parking lot. "

"Room was spotless. Private entrance, the shuffleboard table game was fun, coffee and creamer was awesome. Bedding was so soft. You could tell there was construction going on with in the property however there wasn’t any noice and the room was clean clean clean!!! "

"The bed was horrible- very uncomfortable with visible sagging in the middle. If you’re a light sleeper or go to bed early, can hear banging if someone is staying in the other unit or if people are closing car doors outside. Not the cleanest- cob webs in the bathroom. The property needs cleaned up-there’s old furniture on the porch and on the side of the property. There were also screws in the driveway. On a positive note, it’s within walking distance of the circle at the center of town. "

"We absolutely love the town of Sebring and this location could not have been more perfect! The design and style of this studio was perfect for our little getaway with my close girl friend. There are a few things that stood out in a good way and in ways of needing improvement. The bed was very comfortable, but the teal flooring was a bit dingy with some areas that were off-colored. "As the title states , it’s true, very cozy and the small town of Frostproof is very quant. The 5th wheel is very comfortable and everything you need is there. Our host Christine was very accommodating and always available via text to answer for any questions. The property is pet friendly and that’s important to us. The property was quiet and the accommodations are a deal for the money. 10X better than staying in the nicest motel for sure !Stay here because you will be happy you did !!"
