This is a gorgeous home that is very well kept and looked after. If you cant take good care of our home, if you cant clean up after yourselves, if you vacation with pets, if you are worried about damaging our home and worried about getting your security deposit back - then don't rent our home - please!

The home is in a safe but very secluded rural mountain area and is protected legally in New Hampshire with exterior facing security cameras. Please be aware there are 4 cameras facing the exterior of the rental home, each located on a side.If you choose to unplug the internal cameras you must plug them back in upon exiting the home.

The property is exactly as it is described. Very private with a beautiful sloping lawn to the lake. Large home with plenty of space. Host is very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Great for both summer and winter vacations.

This place was amazing!! So clean and spacious. There are two floors, enough for two groups of people to stay. The view is gorgeous!! Upstairs balcony gives to a fantastic view of the lake and at night you can hear the loons singing to each other. Leigh and Judy were fantastic hosts and extremely gracious and welcoming. The property had everything and the location was perfect. Close enough to places like Young's and Tall Timber. Everything was perfect. We will definitely keep this place in mind for next time, or we may try the treehouse, which looks so gorgeous and intriguing! But Lake Haven was perfect. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

The property location is perfect on Lake Francis despite the poor weather we persevered. Our travels included fishing Lake Francis out of the State Park, Back Lake, and Third Conn. Lake. Home is well connected with internet and wi-fi and was a real pleasure to stay at! I would return in the future.

The property owners were fantastic. The house was very clean and in the perfect location if you like to snowmobile or fish. The views overlooking the lake were stunning!!! I would definitely return to this house again in the future.

The house was nice and clean. Great location on lake Francis. Parking for trucks and trailers was excellent. The only complaint I had was the door code i was given would not unlock the door. I think I spoke with the property owner about the issue, they said they would send someone to address the issue. I did not see anybody and couldn't figure out how to unlock door. Thankfully its a safe neighborhood so i just left the door unlocked while i was out. And the water pressure in the home was very low. It was hard to wash dishes with the laundry machine was running. Other than that the house was great. I would stay here again

We stayed for a few days to hit the trails on our 4 wheelers. Beautiful home and property but there is no real place to access the water from the home. Lots of weeds and goose poop, not a problem though just a short car ride we found a wonderful beach with warm water, sand and an actual beach area. The kids loved it!!

This was a beautiful home, with ALL the special touches and conveniences that make you feel like you’ve come home. The beautiful big yard and long driveway is a child’s paradise, but the big comfy rockers on the front porch were the icing on the cake for the adults ( the view is breathtaking and the loons are just hauntingly lovely ). Easy access to the water - there’s a little sandy rock beach area full of perfect skipping stones! Communication was great - and “check-in” just easy peasy! Everyone had a grand time - thanks so much!!

Cabin had beautiful views and was very clean. Judy and Leigh were responsive and check in process was seamless. Location was perfect and local restaurants were great. I would rent again without hesitation. Great find on VRBO!!
