"We enjoyed our stay at The Resident as it was well located to what we had planned and the staff was quite pleasant. However, as far as value - we felt the room to be small for the price paid. We also felt the bathroom tub was quite dangerous to get in and out of — as one had to step very far up and INTO it without a bar to hold or a proper door. The door of the shower also leaked a bit and we didn’t care for that as it required us to be rather mindful.

"For this being a 4-star hotel and for the price I paid, it left a lot to be desired. Faux leather furniture had extensive scuff marks. Black mold in the shower area. Found nail clippings on the bedside table. Yellow "gelatinous" gunk inside the mini fridge.
