"This place is Brookings Deluxe! We loved our first night so much we re-booked for a second night. The property is well kept, so much attention to detail. You can tell they’ve put a lot of love into the place. The host is super charming, providing just the right amount of orientation/instruction and then respecting our privacy. Unbeatable views. Highly recommended :)"

"The hosts/communications/check-in/availability were beyond reproach. The BEST. PERIOD. The property is perched above the Pacific Ocean with unparalleled views. Truly magnificent. "Check -in was so easy! The condo was clean, spacious and the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to make meals. The bedrooms are large and the bed was so comfortable. "

"The house was exactly as described in the listing. It’s in the hills but only 5-10 minutes from restaurants, bars, and beaches. The redwood forests are a quick, 30-minute drive south. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do and the house was beautiful and very clean. "

"The best place to stay in Gold Beach! Host Bonnie is the nicest person you’ll ever meet. The working ranch offers a real inside view of what it’s like to own and run a 500 acre ranch. You’ll see beautiful horses, amazing cypress trees, and amazing landscapes galore. The RVs are clean and stocked. The tent area gives plenty of space for additional privacy. You’ll be scheduling your next trip there once you leave. The tranquility and peace is like no other."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The thing we liked best is the view, which is fantastic (unless the fog rolls in). As advertised it's a couple miles from town. The complex is adjacent to the Samuel Boardman scenic corridor, which is probably the most beautiful coastal stretch anywhere. You can even hike right from the condo!
