"Bare minimum, tight wade, 1 roll of TP, 5 sheets of paper towel. Needed a good cleaning or maid to come and really get it up to par. It was like I stayed at a friend's house and they gave me thier sons room to sleep in. So weird."

"Hi. The resort knew there was no A/C in the room but still gave it to us. We had to fight for a room change which took 2 days. The bartender threw me out the bar because I tried to help somebody pay his tab but couldn't for an hour . He said I was drunk and threw me out the bar because of this. There is seaweed on the beach all year round and it has a bad smell."

I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments.
