"I thought much easyer to use kitchen than other hostel in the city center. supermarket was much near than one in the city center one."

"best place to stay with family"

"Neat, tidy and well setup rooms with comfortable bed. A nice, simple clean option in the city"

"This was a great location and fairly priced. The hosts go out of their way to provide extras like each towels. Public transportation to downtown Christchurch and airport is about 1 block away and runs every 15 minutes until late. There are lots of restaurants nearby along with grocery, pharmacy, and coffee shops. "

"The room was too hot, and there was no air conditioning. There was also a lot of noise throughout the night, which disturbed my sleep. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a good night’s rest. The motel should improve noise control and provide better cooling facilities to make guests’ stays more comfortable."

"Good quality property and lovely owner"

"fun place to stay with good facilities"

"Such a lovely place to stay. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The room and amenities are in excellent condition. The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was warm and comfortable with the most amazing pillows. The room is very quiet and we hand a sound sleep. We will absolutely stay again."

"This hotel is across the street from the huge, beautiful Hagley Park and Botanic Gardens and in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants within a couple of blocks walk. It is a top tier yet affordable hotel. The breakfast was the nicest hotel breakfast I have ever had. I have a dairy restriction and this breakfast is very accommodating. The gardens are beautiful in the spring! The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking was easy and free. We stayed here at both the beginning and end of...

"I stayed on the bottom floor. My room was nice, recently updated, great bed and bathroom. But unfortunately I could hear a lot of noise from upstairs (water in the pipes, movement etc) as well as street noise which made it difficult to go to sleep. I recommend asking for a room on the top floor. Be aware there is limited on site parking. There is street parking but there are time limits during the week."

"New Room. Good staffs. Easy to contact. My room near to the road, not that quiet but still good. Thanks"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. They were accommodating to my family and I at short notice. Very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to shopping centres and malls. Will definitely recommend Tasman Holiday park to my friends and family!"

"The owners are really nice. So helpful with everything. If you need a ground level room book that in advance."

"Parking tight as motel was full. Close to casino and town. TV options poor. Says SKY but very limited. Staff noisy around 7:30am. No consideration if you want a sleep in. "

"It was clean and tidy. Beds are very comfortable."

"Booked and paid for a spa studio, no spa in the unit received and no one to talk to as reception is not open or manned. Struggled to understand check in process and then the batteries of the door opener were flat so attempts to open our unit failed . Rang after hours bell and after 3 times with no answer the person assured me they would come and fit new batteries. We waited 4 hours and then left as he never came. Saw other travellers arrive and struggling with the same check in process"
