"Schöne Auszeit" Vacation Apartment in Pirna, the "Gateway to Saxon Switzerland"

Welcome to our spacious vacation rental. The apartment opened in 2024, and its size and amenities make it perfect for families of up to 4 people. It is located on the first floor of our residence. The vacation rental features a large covered balcony. Furnished with seating for 4 people, it’s the perfect spot to relax on beautiful summer evenings. A grill can be provided upon request.
Located on the outskirts of Pirna, our vacation rental serves as an ideal starting point for hikes through the beautiful Saxon Switzerland, neighboring Bohemian Switzerland, and the Ore Mountains. Just a few minutes’ walk away (27 min – 1.9 km), in the neighboring village of Liebethal, is the starting point for the first stage of the historic Malerweg trail. It winds through Saxon Switzerland over a total of 8 stages. Already on the first stage, you can experience one of the Malerweg’s many highlights: the monumental Richard Wagner Monument in the wild and romantic Liebethaler Grund.
A very well-developed network of bike paths makes for wonderful cycling tours throughout the surrounding area. And the state capital, Dresden, with its unique Baroque Old Town, is only about 25 km away and can be reached in just a few minutes via the A17. It’s the perfect place for strolling, shopping, and interesting sightseeing tours.
