"This hotel needs a lot of renovation very dirty paint all over the floor bathroom dirty smells horrible hot in the lobby. A lot of renovation around it needs a lot of work done to it just completely dirty way around the hotel. I tried to cancel, however didn’t realize that it looked like that it was I unable to cancel."

"The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Covered parking was definitely a plus. There was a sign outside that advertised a restaurant but there was no restaurant. It’s a bit of a drive to the sea wall and restaurants but not a dealbreaker. Very reasonable rates for parking for the cruise. I would use them again."

"The pool is indoors and there is no outdoor pool. Also, the chlorine content of the pool is really high. I could smell it outside. The elevators are pretty slow and there’s usually only one person on site at the front desk. They don’t clean the rooms every day… You have to ask for that. "Love the underneath parking situation with easy elevator access. Room was spacious, was initially disappointed to not have an ocean view, but the nice balcony looking over the marsh (for now) has a lovely sunset view."

"I got 2 rooms and neither of them had and hot water what so ever. The a/c in 1 room didn't work at all. The refrigerator in the other room didn't work at all. I'm a bigger guy and I literally could not fit threw the opening "maybe 12" given to enter the shower at all. Honestly this place is bottom of the mill trash motel."

"I was just there for a quick overnight between flying in and sailing out. The property and room were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative that I found was that, while there was a mini-kitchen area, with small fridge and microwave, there was no access to any sort of items to use the microwave. Not even a paper towel to place something on while heating it. A paper plate and set of plastic utensils would have made all the difference. With this in mind,...

"There was roaches in our room. At least 4 we killed."

"The room wasn't cleaned. Didn't sweep or wipe down any of the table tops. The bedding wasn't washed from the previous people and still had crumbs in the bed. Top top it off they had roaches"

"Staff was friendly and super helpful. Our room smelled horrible , like mold. there was no tv, or fridge as pictured in photos. Beds were super hard. Water pressure was super low. I personally wouldn’t stay here again."
