"This rental was decorated beautifully. The setting is peaceful with a babbling brook. We were able to visit so many free state parks and overlooks. But the best part is the care that you receive. Extra towels, coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper. The air conditioner and fans were magical. The bed was extremely comfortable! Highly recommend and plan to return! Check out the boat launch only 3 minutes away. This is the best stay we have had at a vrbo. Thank you!"

"Well maintained, staff were very couteous and mini golf was quite fun. We stayed in the farm house that can accomodate upto 12 guests (4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms), the house was decorated with antique/rusty tools that gave it a unique character,kids loved it!! Overall it was a fun experience."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at the bungalow. It is near the river and quiet. You do have a train that comes by often, but it was to the thrill and amazement of my 10-year-old. We walked down to the river and fished a lot, which is only 100 yards from the bungalow. If you’re looking for granite countertops and an eight persons Jacuzzi, this might not be the place for you. "We truly enjoyed our stay at this house! The historic charm - not only in the house, but also the whole town - was perfect for a history buff like myself. The house was cozy, charming, and clean. The host was welcoming, polite, responsive and helpful!I recommend visiting the Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine in nearby Beckley (approx 45 min drive from the house) and the breathtaking New River Gorge National Park!
