"I have stayed in wonderful hotels all over the world and can honestly say that this hotel stands head and shoulders above anything I have experienced (Not just the fact that it is the 3rd highest hotel in the world).
The staff are amazing. They greeted me by name everywhere I went. Attentive and caring!
The architectural details and artistic flair are beyond compare.
The views are nothing short of extraordinary.
I can't recommend this amazing hotel enough!

"I had a pretty good stay - this was my 5th at the hotel and over the years the breakfast has become a little less impressive year by year. But what the breakfast is missing- you will get in service if you are so lucky to meet Zoey in the front desk. She is among the best at a front desk I have ever meet. Service, smile and a super good English- I really hope she is there next time I come to Fraser Suites in Shenzhen - because I am coming back 😀🇩🇰🇨🇳"

"The hotel is in a great location, we stayed 5 nights. There is a mall attached to the hotel with a variety of restaurants and mid price stores. It’s a wonderful respite from the busyness of places like Cocopark or street vending. We found ourselves ending our days there for evening walks or snacks. There is also a very vibrant area less than two miles away with a ton of local restaurants, and dessert shops. We were very happy with our room cleaning person, our rooms were always cleaned very well...
