"This wonderful home has everything we could have needed. The homeowners have provided a clean, well-stocked, welcoming place to stay for vacation. The pool towels and extra propane were not expected, but very much appreciated. Our group consisted of 3 adults and 2 Golden Retrievers and everyone enjoyed their stay to the fullest. Nick was communicative and extremely helpful. We would love to rent this perfect home again!"

"We stayed for scca autocross. It was very nice being 4 minutes from the track. House was very clean and perfect for 2 people. Owners were very friendly. "

"We recently stayed 2 nights at this wonderful place. It is a unique, relaxing, and beautiful environment. It is also located close to many activities available in the area. We loved spending time in Jonesborough and riding bikes on the Tweetsie Rails to Trails between Johnson City and Elizabethon. It was just the right retreat for us to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. "

"Had such a great time house was very impressive and fully stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable my favorite was the covered deck looking out at the lake would definitely recommend this home to anyone and if coming back up would stay again Thank you so much "

"My husband is disabled and we don't get to get out much this little cabin was just what we needed we sat outside on the porch early morning watching the dark turn into light the sound of the water trees whistling in the wind the Canadian geese were beautiful cabin was so clean and nicely kept and the host was prompt with everything we needed I definitely found our favorite place thanks for making our 29th anniversary a memorable trip "

"We loved the Zen simplicity of this rental. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park....

"For some one that is in recovery from triple by pass there are no railings for the steps,I had to use my family to get up the stairs. All the guniture was hard to get out of with having a pectoral flip done. The bathroom was difficult with everything being so low to the ground. I know it is not the property owner just would have been nice to know before renting.
