★ A remediation FEE of $250 will be charged for any damage beyond normal, reasonable use--including pet messes not cleaned up by you at the end of your stay.
★ Lost/Left Items - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. Should you wish to receive your left behind items, the shipping fee will be shouldered by the guest plus a $29 handling fee. Must be fully paid first before sending out. Unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of at our discretion.
** Extended Stays (30+Days Reservation) **

You are welcome to park in the driveway of the 5-plex. Please park only by your apartment, as we share space with the neighboring unit. The entire home is yours to enjoy. We request that you take care of the space with the same grace you would do in your own home.
