"Wonderful, old-Florida feel with modern touches. Jay is a wonderful host, the place was exactly as described, clean as a whistle, comfortable, everything worked, quiet, relaxing, I can't find enough superlatives to describe how much we enjoyed the VRBO.If you're a gardener, you;re going to absolutely LOVE what Jay has done with his 4 acres.If you like fresh seafood, you MUST drive 15 minutes down the main road to Island Crab Seafood (St. James City, not the processing facility in Pine Island...

"We had a wonderful visit July 26th-28th. Check in was so easy. We stayed in the flamingo. The flamingo is so cute and charming. We had a wonderful time just relaxing and fishing off the dock with the grandkids. We love the kayaks. Tiny village is the perfect place for a little getaway and we can’t wait to book again."
