This thoughtfully designed cabin spans two floors, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms providing ample space for family and friends. The bright upper level features central AC/heat and an open-concept living area where the kitchen, dining room, and living room flow seamlessly together around a warming wood fireplace. The walkout basement level offers a second living area with its own entertainment setup, perfect for kids or separate gathering spaces.

Upstairs - Open living/dining/kitchen. Large sectional and loveseats with wood fireplace, 50" Roku TV, board games, books, 8 person dining table, and fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven and all the necessities.

Downstairs:
Large sectinalwith 50 inch TV and elecric fireplace. 6 person dining table perfect for game nights. Board games for adults and kids provided. Bar area with mini fridge and dart board to play while watching the big game.

Outside:
Large three sided deck with rocking chairs, outdoor dining area, propane grill, outdoor couch and propane firepit. This deck gas a gate to provide pups and kids free run. Side patio at walkout basement entrance also. We also have a flat front yard for the pups, not fenced currently.

Wildlife:
We see elk, deer, and javelina daily. We also have seen coyote, snakes, and the kinds of bugs you get out in nature. Be aware of wildlife around property.
