"I like the fact that the brand excepts pets. I stay at the Spring Lake Hampton Inn whenever I travel from Beaufort SC to visit family. I require a Handicapped Accessible room for my wife and have been put on the first floor every time and even the same room which is a definite PLUS for us. The room is located at the back of the building and the room is the last one at the end of the hall which we can walk out of the room and into our car. Great service at a great price. Great continental...

"Old and in need of renovation. The rooms are small and the double room is two full beds not queens. No amenities like soap or shampoo. Really bare bones."

"Property was dirty and heavy smoke smell. Asked for second room after first room smelled heavily of smoke. Second room stunk too with smell coming from hallway. Multiple police calls within first 30 minutes. Dirty floors and rooms (I viewed 2). I gave up and booked another hotel. I do not recommend unless you smoke."

"This hotel is a new property. The rooms are very well appointed with a full size refrigerator, kcup coffee maker, and ccok top stove. The gym is also well equipped with cardio machines, full rack of free weights, and a weight machine. Mr Charles and his staff were very kind and friendly. Always greeting me and speaking as I came and went. I felt safe in the parking lot and building as I was traveling alone. I will be booking this properly in the future for my stays. Tip - request a room...

"Pros: Great staff, comfortable beds, powerful showerhead, great Black out curtains and the heat worked well. Cons: People yelling outside my door as soon as the sun came up both days. The smell of cigarette smoke every time I had to cut the bathroom light/fan on. I guess it sucked it under the adjoining door's cracks. The couch with all the holes and tears in the upholstery should be replaced. Side note: I have never booked a suite with a kitchen that had absolutely nothing in the kitchen...
