"The location was excellent, right off I95, easy off, easy on. The room was clean, there was plenty of room for my stuff, the tv worked and there were plenty of channels to choose from. Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of choices, food was constantly being made and offered. Coffee was delicious. The only problem I found was the vent in the bathroom pushed the shower curtain into the shower area. Overall, a great place to stay."

"My recent stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Virginia was okay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. Nothing was terrible, but the experience didn’t quite match the standard I’m used to from this brand. With a bit more focus on cleanliness of the room, communication and guest support, this location could really shine."

"First room we were assigned was filthy (not vacuumed, sticky substances on both night tables, etc). Second room had a moldy and dirty washcloth hanging in the bathroom. We were there for 3 nights for a tournament. Trash was never emptied, never received fresh towels, nothing. Price was far too much for this type of service. Best thing about the hotel is its proximity to restaurants and Henrico Sports and Event Center."

"All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness."

"First room we got smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it and had to ask for another one. Next room was not clean, there were things on the floor that clearly indicated it had not been cleaned very well. The walls had missing plaster and different scuffs/divets in them. The back door of the building was propped open for anyone to get in, no key card required. There were men outside of the hotel by the exit drinking beers until very late at night, I was nervous to walk...
