So, VRBO had to look at all our VRBO messages to determine that she had not provided the check info. She did not answer numerous calls from VRBO. "It’s such a great option if you have a car and going to NYC! The garage is really helpful, apartment super clean. Things to note: no view (directly facing the building next door) and it’s a Latino neighborhood. We felt like we were on vacation in central or South America, everybody spoke Spanish and dining options were what you’d expect in Latin America! Very safe and we loved it. We were just surprised but it wasn’t an issue at all, quite the opposite! Delicious food for really cheap! Which is...

"Very beautiful home in a nice area. We took Lyft for 12 to the PATH for a quick way into Manhattan. Lyft direct to Manhattan was around 60. Despite 100 degree days the A/C in the bedrooms worked well. The owner gave us tourist tips that were essential. Like just have one drink one appy at many many places as you walk. That ended up being all day and night and great! "

"This rental was better than expected. It was relatively centralized to everything restaurants, city activities, NYC, and of course the American Dream! The only small issue was parking but it wasn’t too bad! We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent from again!"

"Exactly as listed, upon arrival we unloaded and went right to the city. The next morning we noticed there was only one coffee cup and no dish drainer. The host was contacted and within no time new coffee cups and the dish drainer was bought. The host was very easy to work with and allowed us in 3 hours earlier than allowed. Highly recommend a stay here"

"Booking with Lyuda was smooth. Check-in was no problem (although there were several lock boxes, so had to try a few until we got our key). The location cannot be beat. The apartment is surprisingly quiet, yet steps away from restaurants, shops, metro, etc. Beds were comfortable. Don’t count on too much extra space, but this is what we expected for NYC. Would book again!"

"It was really nice to have so much space in New York! Check in was super easy. I also loved having a kitchen. We often had leftovers that we could heat up later. Also, my daughter needed to steam her throat every morning which we couldn't have done at a hotel. There was a problem with the hot water in the shower. The handle got super hot, so we needed to use a cloth to adjust it or turn it off. I alerted the property manager about it. There are a few run down spots on the floor which...
