"Clean rooms fresh breakfest was nice hot "

"Rooms was not clean and they did not clean them once while we was there. There was 2 bath towels in room upon arrival. I told staff 4 of us so we need 2 more towels they wouldnt give them to us"

"Elevator was very slow to operate and the light went out when the door closed. Pitch black. The room smelled misty and I had to keep fiddling with the AC to keep it on. The spigot in the tub was barely hanging on. Whole room was quite worn out. "

"If I didn’t have the lock from the inside of the room housekeeper would have walked in twice. She came at 8 am and then again at 10. Check out is at 12 I was trying to rest before my drive back and that bothered me."

"Room bathroom door would not close due to top hinge screws loose. Talked to front desk and got a Phillips head screw driver but door wood was stripped and would not tighten. Asked for a different room but they had no more king rooms. I told front desk we would deal with bath door issue. Shower head in bath was lower than 5 feet and had to stoop to wash hair."

"When you walk in the double doors that are supposed to be automatic, you have to actually pry open with your hands and close behind you. You see a hole through the wall with a water pipe. Sticking out sticking or a pipe sticking out. Then, when you go under your room, there's a there was a bag on my ceiling light in the bathroom. They said it was there to keep from the glass to falling down the breakfast that was supposed to be included was c***. It was literally just cereal."

"They put me in a room in a high traffic location (right by the breakfast bar and service entrance, sharing a wall with the public bathrooms and was lobby adjacent). As a result I didn’t get much of what I was there for…sleep. Wouldn’t recommend. When I mentioned these issues the staff said “we get that a lot.” Nice. "

"Breakfast MNonday 3-23-26 was terrible. Egg omelette an:potatoes;sliced sausage was no good. Muffin was good. 3 morningsd ina row the No caffeine coffe was either too strong or cold!. In Bight mgr , instead I will fix it, only had a excuse for the reason it was.?"
