"The physical aspect of the apartment was adequate although the bathroom facility is extremely basic, cramped, and is in need of some finishing work. Overall the comfort level is adequate however there is no noise insulation around the sleeping quarters and the sounds from the house above are immediate and sadly audible.The hours indicated as quiet time in the listing were not adhered to and late night noise made the stay very uncomfortable resulting in leaving after the first night. "I recently stayed at the Grand NDG and had a wonderful experience. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which made our stay very pleasant.
What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from the team. After we checked out, we realized that we had accidentally left our AirPods behind. When we contacted the staff, they were incredibly cooperative, polite, and understanding. They safely kept the AirPods for us, and when we returned two days later to pick them...

"Had a really great stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. The location was also convenient and close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again"
