"Entry hallway was dirty coupled with the laundry, and the bed pillows was terrible. Refrigerator had some stains and we were left with only one towel in the per each bathroom. It was entirely bad experience! "

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay! We selected this rental to attend a local wedding and made it a long weekend. This house is adorable, super clean, and the host has thought of everything a group would need to have a comfortable and entertaining stay. "Perfect place to stay if you want to watch a Michigan game at the BIG HOUSE, without paying ridiculous Ann Arbor prices. One street gets you from here to Michigan Stadium in 10 minutes. House has all you need and the host is very responsive to text messages. Would stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay in this quiet, spacious and and clean house. The location is about a 15 min drive to Ann Arbor, and access and parking was very easy. The owner was very prompt and helpful in their communications. Would definitely stay again!"

"Across from the Kerrytown market and just a few blocks from Ann Arbor's best shop. Private, off street parking, clear instructions. Really could not have asked for more."

"This house was clean, there was a smooth check in process and the beds were comfortable. Though we found all the bedrooms to be so minuscule that you could barely fit in a suitcase leaving very little room to walk around the bed or close the door. There are no closets in this house only a few hooks and hangers. So if you have more than a backpack full of clothing this is not for you. Also, there was little evidence in the listing to suggest that this house is at a busy noisy intersection. So...

"Great stay. Hosts were on top of everything and answered texts immediately. Kitchen was well enough equipped to prepare an Easter meal. Space was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Close walk to all the cool stuff of Kerrytown. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice complimentary toiletries. Very nice Ann Arbor stay!"

"Host was communicative and extremely pleasant, home was cozy with enough space to host multiple family members coming into town, rooms were clean and organized, closets were stocked with house supplies. Had a wonderful time staying here in a peaceful neighbourhood."

"One night here for a comedy show with girlfriends! It was perfect ! Next to a bar so we were worried but it closed at 10 and was never an issue! Had guys parked in driveway that were sitting outside cars drinking when we came home from show, but they left after we got back to house! Otherwise perfect "
