"Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. "Lack of any English speaking staff difficult. Excellent central location but I am disabled property is 8flight of stairs no lift and then required 2more flights stairs to room!"
