"I was pleasantly surprised with every aspect of my stay Sparks by Hilton, especially the price. My only complaints, which isn’t much in the grand scheme of things, is they don’t provide cups (plastic or otherwise) in the room and for a newly refurbished property, the toilet was small, low to the ground and seemed older. I will definitely be staying there again. The location is ideal for the area. "

I arrived and there was a note at the front desk that it was closed and if that bothered us we could get a full refund. "Our stay was amazing! All the staff were so accommodating and kind. The inn has a rustic charm and was so festive for the holidays! Rooms are a good size, clean, and have everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and they even had free tea/coffee/cookies for all guests to enjoy :) "

"It was over night stay. But over all everything was in good condition. "

"The heater is set to never go above 74, if you use the thermostat to set it to 78 the fan goes on but the room never heats up. I had to sleep in pants and a sweater. All rooms are this way, booked here about 5 times because its the best location for me but at this point I'm fed up being cold. The room service just barged in an hour before checkout while I was putting my pants on. "

"I was so tired I just wanted to rest. I would have appreciated it if they had asked me if the noise bothered me or not! A train was passing by constantly; it was as if the blessed train was inside the room. I asked them to park my car, but they wouldn't accept my credit card. They made me scan a system that didn't work day or night! Now I'm having nightmares about that train. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, not in this life, not in the next."

"Bed was shot. Bathroom walls were disgusting. Front desk clerk was hard to understand. Lots of empty rooms yet I had an elephant above me stomping around. I won't stay there again. "
