"Lovely, quiet B&B on a farm. Location is remote, which made it a peaceful stay. There was plenty of parking available. The room was large and comfortable with a good bathroom and a strong wi-fi signal. The owner recommended a local pub, which was a 10-minute drive away. The food and beer were excellent! Breakfast the next morning was superb. The host was very helpful throughout."

"Excellent over night trip for work, originally booked for 1 night but enjoyed it so much stayed a second! Locals lovely and friendly, staff are helpful and welcoming. Rooms are basic but ideal For an overnight work trip or for the football near by, there is NO parking, its a side road of if you’re lucky you may get in the tiny courtyard at the side of the hotel. Local shop next door and a takeaway for the nights they dont do food. Will stay again 100%"

"Ideally situated for an overnight stay if walking the South Downs Way. Excellent Sunday lunch - we could understand why it was popular! The Landlord was very helpful in providing the best route to re join the South Downs Way the following morning. Unfortunately the nearby cafes were not open for breakfast on Monday - The Green Welly doesn't open and The Nutmeg doesn't open on Bank holidays! We resorted to buying two baguettes from The White Lion and having them for breakfast and lunch!"
