"The home was clean but very rundown. The upstairs room with 4 beds had a strong musty/mold odor, the bathroom had rotting baseboards and the shower was difficult to turn on/off. The air conditioning unit was very dirty and had mold in the grates. Rattling ceiling fans, the upstairs shower makes a loud noise all night, and the grass needed to be mowed (especially out back by the pool). One of the rooms had completely sheer curtains, making that room unusable because it was too bright at night. I...

"Nice small place. Good for one; could be cozy for two but no more than that. Nice location in a neighborhood near the Women’s college with easy access to freeways. Bed was fine and shower water pressure was fine. Bath is small, kitchenette is functional, and the fridge works fine. I think the only caution I have is that you can hear the train from about a quarter mile away. If you’re looking for a place to touch down on a busy trip in the area, this is very good.
