"It was cleaned and we had access to laundry machine in the apartment."

"Room was nice but bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The bed was too hard and divided in two and both were horrible. I requested a Queen bed. The hotel is next to subway and tram so that’s very good."

"Amazing only problem the stink since the first day I landed was blocked I called told them about it and then was said that a maintenance guy will be coming the following morning no one has come so it’s just been like that whole trip but overall good a bit dusty too "

"Die Zimmer / Apartment waren sehr groß und sauber , Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück hervorragend! "

"The apartment was spacious, clean and well provisioned. The host Ava had already heated the apartment for us so it was great when we arrived. Our host was extremely helpful and the apartment location was perfect , right near all we had wanted to visit with plenty of restaurants , pubs and cafe's nearby. We would love to visit again ! Thank you Ava for a lovely experience !"

"The hotel was a very nice relaxing spa hotel. They cleaned everyday and it was all spotless, although they didnt replace tissue when it finished and gave a stingy 2 teabags. Some of the receptionist and people In the breakfadt hall were very friendly whilst thete were 1 or 2 who were not very helpful which was frusyrating. "
