"Check-in process was easy, the suite was clean, and the host’s communication was excellent throughout our stay. When we arrived at 3:00 a.m., we realized the sofa bed hadn’t been prepared for our family of 4, even though it was mentioned on the reservation but the host came to the room right away and set it up, which we appreciated. The listing advertises “parking on site” and even labels it as a “rare find,” but this is misleading. The parking is actually a free public lot about a 7-minute walk...

"Our room wasn’t clean the day we checked in and never seemed to get a full clean the entire time we were there. (Garbage and dust bunnies in the corners of the room, no wipe downs of sink counter etc)"

"The staff at this hotel is amazing! Everyone is so nice and go above and beyond to help. The breakfast is delicious and varied, the rooms are clean and have all you need, and the hotel is two blocks away from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here!"
