"Everything was incredibly clean, the rooms were spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable, and we really felt like we were at home. Price at begining of booking was good ..later ..a lot of surcharges....and the way is set up..we ended..going to wallmart and spend 60 more for bedsheats....because ..we missed on your website some fineprint...warning the customer to get his own bedding....so with the final price we could stay in Microtell next village and not worries about it. Hosts were Good"

"We so enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen/living room lived up to its billing. Had lots of great cooking vessels and utensils and the appliances were top- notch. I loved using the large kitchen table to prepare and eat our meals and I had all the needed utensils and equipment to do so. All of the rooms were thoughtfully and beautifully appointed. "Had a fantastic weekend at Dell’s Highbanks location. An amazingly beautiful curated space with everything you could want. Had the catered charcuterie plate and it was both delicious and huge. Great location for the sunrise and only a minute away from the Perry entrance to Letchworth State park (which is a must see). Enjoyed the Silver Lake Brewery, the bookstores and coffee shops in the town of Perry. Definitely could have spent more time in the area. Guess we’ll need to plan another...

"Southview is one of the most unique, well thought out, cozy, luxurious stays we've ever had. The space is insane and even better than what you see on social media.
