The grounds surrounding the residence invite leisurely walks and moments of relaxation in the open air, with the elevated position providing a sense of calm and privacy that is rare to find. Please note that bathing caps are obligatory when using the swimming pool.

The kitchenette is also located on this level and is fully equipped for everyday cooking needs. A shower room completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, you will find 2 well-appointed bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 additional room featuring 1 single bed alongside 1 double bed measuring 140 cm, making it a versatile space suitable for different sleeping arrangements. The upper floor also includes a second bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC.
