"We arrived late at night and with no instruction from staff as to how to enter the property it was pretty scary, given the neighbourhood. It would have been helpful to have been provided a gate code before check in to ensure we weren't standing outside of the property in the middle of the night for so long."

"This property is in an excellent location, steps away from the metro and shops/restaurants and cafes are all walkable. Although it faces into a busy square, the windows are soundproof and we weren’t bothered on a Saturday night with lots going on. The bedding is luxurious, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. It was a perfect spot to stay for a night before hopping on the ferry to the coast. Will recommend to our friends and family! "

"The room was ready early, which we appreciated. The staff were brilliant with helpful suggestions for restaurants and transportation. The room was clean, had comfortable memory foam mattress and pillows and quiet, I mean really quiet. The room we had had exterior stone walls several feet thick. The included breakfast was excellent, with eggs made to order, pastries, fruit, cakes, yoghurt and specialty coffees made to order. It's centrally located within walking distance to historic areas....

"Let's start with the positives: The location can't be beat if wanting to explore Naple's historic center. Plenty of restaurants and shops were close by. The beds were the softest in all of my two weeks touring of Italy. I prefer my rooms cooler and the a/c unit was excellent. Bell hop and breakfast staff were so nice. Breakfast was good! "Fantastic stay. It was such a fascinating place so much history and so beautiful. Every evening we would sit out and have a glass of wine and stare at the beautiful art. It has the best bar and café in the Piazza with amazing food and probably the best apparel spritz we had on our whole trip. The staff are wonderful, very kind and helpful."
