    Welcome to your Smoky Mountain home base in Pigeon Forge. This two-story townhome is set up for easy group time, relaxed evenings, and simple access to the area’s best-known attractions.

    ❛❛ We had a large family of 8 and was comfortable with this stay with enough room for everyone (we used the pull out couches). Our boys loved going to the pool. The host was quick to help resolve any issues or concerns. The place is slightly dated, but well worth the value. The location was very convenient to things in town and close to Dollywood. The kitchen lacked a few items I wanted for cooking, but we adjusted. Next time, we'll remember to pack a crock pot as there is not one there. ❜❜ (Amberlee)

It’s the perfect base for exploring Gatlinburg, hiking the Great Smoky Mountains, or simply relaxing. 4WD is recommended in snowy months for easy access.



    Getting Around:

    Getting here is a breeze with well-maintained roads that offer scenic views of the Smoky Mountains, making your drive as enjoyable as your stay. The complex sits atop a steep hill, so while access is smooth year-round, we do recommend a 4WD vehicle during the winter months for added ease.

There were roaches! When we got there, we saw two roaches so we bought some spray. After spraying the downstairs, more roaches started coming out. After the first night, we discovered roaches in some of the beds. We left the unit and rented a hotel. We only stayed the first night of our 5 night reservation. We will not be coming back.

The check in was very easy and the host replies fast and they were very friendly. Close to everything. The unit itself was an older building, but clean. Some cosmetic things could be updated. I didn’t realize all of the bedrooms were upstairs. The air conditioning wasn’t working good upstairs and it too warm for comfort.

Property was clean and the location was very convenient to attractions. Communication was easy. Only downside was that the indoor pool was closed during our entire stay. It was one of the main reasons we chose this property. It would have been nice to know that the pool was not open.

The original condo we had requested was cancelled during our drive to Tennesse due to a maintenance issue, but we were transferred to a different condo without issue. Although the furnishings were updated, and the beds were clean, two of the bathroom sinks were leaking, and one of the doors to the utility closet was missing. The floors didn't feel super clean, the walls were scuffed up, and there were stains on some of the bedroom window curtains. The staff was helpful when contacted and responded in a timely manner. I would give this a three just because the staff was helpful.

Pool wasn't available but was accommodated. We asked for early check in and wasn't allowed but the condos were not busy or even remotely full. Older accommodation but clean and comfortable. Host was great at responding to messages. Appreciate the ease of location as well. I do recommend this host and their accommodations. Thank you

The property was falsely advertised. 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. We only had 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. We had 6 adults. The location was excellent, but the condo is outdated and needs a lot of maintenance. Dining area floor was not complete, shower head came out of enclosure, strainer came out of shower causing foot to go in the hole. Two sofa beds, but could only pull out one and all the mattresses were awful. Condo had a musky smell. Contacted host. A small refund was given.

Pros: The communication and friendliness of the host! 2.5 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms provided plenty of space for us, and there was ample seating in the living room. The view was beautiful and the setting quiet, also very close to town. Great washer and dryer provided, a glass blender, and things like a grater and measuring cups that you might forget to bring. Lots of towels, and pool towels were provided in one of the bathrooms. There was an issue which we needed maintenance to fix and they came earlier than expected, which was great! Cons: The living room carpet needs to be replaced, so there is a mustiness on the downstairs level. We bought febreeze so that helped during our stay. The walls also need a repaint but that’s just cosmetic. Roaches in the kitchen so be prepared for that. The nonstick cookware had old food on it and was scratched up, so bring your own if you plan to cook.

Everything was great and the guy doing maintenance was great we asked for a broom so we could sweep the floor and in no time he had it for us. Will be back

Time Spent with grandkids!

Centrally located. Clean. Quiet. Lots of room. Just minutes away from all attractions.

This property is not as described! We received a text from the host stating our unit had a hot tub and gave us specific instructions on how to use it. There was no hot tub in our unit. The time and distance to get to major attractions was not even close to accurate (that was a huge reason we chose this unit since we had 4 kids with us) and definitely not walkable. There were cockroaches and when we texted, we were told the roach treatment had been done which it obviously hadn’t been because we saw roaches of all sizes. They dropped off a can of Raid for fleas and lice late at night and expected us to take care of the problem. The carpet was filthy, no broom or vacuum to try to clean the floor. We went out and bought a broom so we could sweep the crumbs to leave less food for the roaches. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. We also didn’t have access to the pool unless someone was already inside and let us in. The door was locked with no keypad. The keypad for the unit also didn’t work at times even tho we had the text stating the correct code pulled up on our phone. We had a great time at Dollywood but heading back to our unit was not a pleasant way to end the day. Came home early due to the poor conditions. Hate to be a downer but we’ll never stay here again.

Very close to everything! Dollywood is down the road ( less than 1 mile), Walmarts 12 minutes out, mountain coasters, horseback riding, go karts, “The Island” amusement park and arcade, BBQ and local food spots are all within a 5-20 minute drive. Location is PRIME! The condo was great! Nice and quiet! Plenty suitable for 3 adults and 4 kids. Very comfortable and relaxing. Not to mention, we were able to bring our border collie Axel. All of the personnel have been a pleasure to work with as well. Our pool key was missing and they replaced it on the spot. They even asked if we would like an additional box fan to help circulate some of the air upstairs. But we didn’t even open it. It was 90-94 degrees outside and it was very comfortable inside with the just the central A/C set at 70.Overall, this was awesome! Definitely worth the visit!

Family vacation

My husband and myself stayed 5 nights with our 2 dachshunds and 4 teens. The location was great close to everything and easy to get to it got a little hot in the evenings and want something was said to management. They promptly brought an upstairs window unit for us to use within the same .The location was great close to everything and easy to get to it got a little hot in the evenings and want something was said to management. They promptly brought an upstairs window unit for us to use within the same day. They only recommendations that we would have would be updating some of the appliances and fixtures in the home. I would prefer chairs rather than benches at the dining room table and there needed to be more kitchen supplies, such as dish, rags, and oven mitts. The pool was nice, but not heated so it was very cold and not many were using it. Management was great and checked it n several times to see if we needed anything and even recommended some of their favorite spots. Would definitely recommend

The positives- location and communication. Townhouse was tucked away from the main scene of Pigeon Forge, in a quiet complex, and conveniently located close to the parks. The property manager was responsive to messages. The negatives- The first thing we noticed was the smell of dog and old smoke. As we settled in, we noticed spiders in a few corners, the stairs had not been vacuumed, dust bunnies behind the door, underneath the beds were very dusty, toothpaste on a bathroom cabinet, and pink mold on the shower curtain. Kitchen walls were splattered with food and a few dead gnats. One of the most glaring areas of dirt was the coating of dust on the downstairs HVAC vents and the dirt/mold on the downstairs bathroom vent, dirt that has happened over time and not just between cleanings. It was also VERY evident that the bag of extra linens had been used and not switched out, the pillows and extra blankets smelled strongly of dog. The mattresses in both rooms were quite springy, sunk towards the middle, and squeaked with almost all movements. At one point, an outlet that had been used came out from the wall- a huge safety issue. We also had nightly ant invasion. The property manager sent the cleaners out to re-clean, hovever, aside from replacing the linen bag and vacuuming of the stairs, the remaining issues were not addressed. He offered a third attempt. Although the some furniture in this property were recently updated, the unit needs some TLC and a DEEP CLEANING.

We were very disappointed in the state of this rental property when we arrived. The cleanliness of the unit was subpar at best, foot grime in the showers, hair in the sink, dust balls on the floor, the walls had multiple stains (boogers?) and several sheets had red stains (blood?). Exposed nails, missing baseboards, 2-3 inch gaps between the floor and wall. We have several dozen photos and videos of the issues we found. Most concerning was the downstairs electrical outlet that was hanging out of the wall in the living room area (TV cables were run to this outlet). It actually sparked when we pulled the TV plug out as a safety precaution. Needless to say, we were unable to watch that TV. Upstairs TV was apparently too far from the Wi-Fi router - we had to burn through ourcellular Hotspot just to watch TV. Within an hour of arrival, we sent texts and had a call with the customer service contact - they specifically said they didn't have 'authority' to dispatch an electrician and that someone would reach out to us the next day. We never received a call or text about the outlet/electrical issue. We tried to find another location but found none immediately available. The atrocious level of uncleanliness aside, the lack of attention to the electrical issue was a huge liability red flag.We are extremely disappointed with the state of the unit and lack of concern for guest safety. Our family vacation was extremely stressful due to this issue. Such a disappointing experience!
