The condo sleeps up to 6 guests and offers 2 full bedrooms with king beds and 2 bathrooms along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Come enjoy all the fun that Pigeon Forge has to offer, today!

The Neighborhood:
This condo is located in the middle of Pigeon Forge, TN! You really can't beat the location! You can walk to tons of activities including dining and entertainment. The Pigeon Forge Convention Center is right next door! You are located right on The Little Pigeon River that flows right out of The Great Smoky Mountains. It offers great trout fishing so don't forget to grab a daily fishing license! This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over no problem!

Getting Around:
We always recommend a vehicle but you can walk to tons of activities located in Pigeon Forge, TN as this location is as good as it gets!

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum.

This condo is easily accessible by main roads and parkways. We always recommend 4x4 drive depending on all the areas you may travel within The Great Smoky Mountains region, but again, this condo is very easy to access being right in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge, TN on flat, paved city roads.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided.

Bring your own coffee for the regular coffee maker.

This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over no problem!

The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool usually closes at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Bears and other wildlife are common in the area. Do not feed bears or any type of wildlife and keep your belongings secured and vehicle doors locked at all times. Bears and wildlife are very protected in this area. Do not feed or bother bears or wildlife, at any time, during your stay. Thank you greatly for your understanding with this.

We loved the condo! It was perfectly located and easy to get in and out. Very clean and very well laid out. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The personal parking space was high since we had rain during our stay we were dry getting in and out of the car. We will stay here again

Condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for a family of five. The view of the river was beautiful. The Christmas decorations were nice and it was a short walk to the Christmas Light Walkway along the river.

Property was great, perfect for our family of 3. Awesome location right on the Parkway, close to everything. Riverwalk was just across the bridge behind us; 1/2 mile to the island; 1/2 mile to the Old Mill. Would 100% stay here again!

Condo is very nice, comfortable beds, beautiful fireplace, and huge whirlpool tub to relax in. Balcony is perfect for sitting and looking over the water and listening to it flowing over the rocks-so peaceful. Perfect location in the heart of town to see the Christmas lights and a quick walk over to the LeConte Center. Perfect place to stay. Owner super nice.

This property was exactly as pictured in the pictures. It was the perfect space and location for my Mother-in-Law and I. I loved the view from the balcony, watching and listening to the creek was so relaxing. We will be booking this condo for our next visit. The host was nice and responded quickly to my messages. There were no problems with anything in the condo and the 3 tv’s worked perfectly.

We enjoy watching TV after a day of activities and even though there is a large Tv in the living room, there were no local channels and we do not subscribe to Netflix etc, so we weren’t able to watch anything of interest. Should at least provide one movie option. Would be nice if there were at least two days oh towels per person so you don’t have to do laundry daily. The location is very convenient and a quiet area.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. location was great just across the river from the Le Conte center..we were pleasantly surprised that this was the week of the Jeep invasion. We had a front row seat to see the jeeps coming and going from our balcony. Loved seeing the wild life on the river. Weather was great and refreshing relief from the hot weather back home.
