Paid for a King suite and was told upon arrival that that the rooms were sold "out of order", whatever that means, and was given a cabana room. Normally the cabanas are nice but the one we were in was the worst one. Just one big room with no cabana. They wouldn't move us to a good cabana room.

Love the whole place. Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was very clean. I was a little disappointed in the food at session’s restaurant. It was mid at best. Wasn’t able to use the pool facilities as there was a bomb cyclone at the time. But that’s a Mother Nature thing and not a Hard Rock thing. ...

Great location rooms have been upgraded. They’re still working on the hotel but that’s OK. It was a nice room oceanfront on my room just meant a window out looking the ocean. It did have a front porch with two chairs to sit on joining all the other rooms, but I would stay there again.

The room was nothing like the web sight showed. The bed was so uncomfortable with pillows so flat that there was really no purpose to them. The shower was cloged up so that you had to take very fast shower so the water would not run out. It was awful that we paid what we paid and nothing happens, ...
