"When we got there, the staff was really nice but they gave me keys that did not work so I had to go back to the reception and they finally activated my keys. "We had a comfortable stay. Buffet breakfast was awesome! Service was good. They had welcome pastries and water at the front office. But please note that location of hotel is not very accessible if you plan to take public transportation to Barcelona. Also, not enough parking (we rented a car) if you come latest night. But overall, I still think it’s a 5 star. "
