"The Pickwick Perch was an excellent choice for a little weekend getaway for some much needed rest and relaxation. Super cute set up with all the needed necessities. Full well equipped kitchen and dining area. The space and layout was very open and inviting. Everything was clean and tidy. The waffle towels in the bathroom were amazing and a great touch lol. It’s the small things sometimes. Very quiet and relaxing place. The host Robert was super friendly and very responsive. Overall 10/10 stay....

I had no problems personally paying an extra fee, I would have just like to have known up front. The place was perfect for me and my trip to the area. "This is such a beautiful little cabin. It’s in a really quiet neighborhood nestled back away from the highway. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. The furnishings were really nice. We sat out on the deck and drank a beer and watched the wild life by the pond. "We had a very bad experience. No extra trash bags, when you turned the air on insulation was blowing up through the vents, the washer drainage backed up into the tub and was spewing up out of a pipe in the yard by the prooerty. The covers were filthy. They had hair, and a huge urine stain on one. In one of the smaller bedrooms something very questionable and disgusting was on the wall by the bed. The front door had a camera sticker on it so I asked the owners if the property had cameras inside...
