"My partner and I feel the room didn’t get cleaned before we checked in. There was hair all over the bathroom and room, used Q-tips in the bathroom trash can and dirt still on the shower floor. We were so uncomfortable that we ended up checking out super early."

"Desk clerk very surly-no breakfast-no coffee- neither bed lamp worked-feet were black from walking on filthy floor-sheets had sand or crumbs in them-Security lock on door had half missing-two very thin towels and bath cloths- (could literally see through them)-No room phone-no clock-TV had only basic cable-AC leaked water on floor- I would stay in a tent in the rain before I would stay here again. Tried to think of a positive to report -(Ice machine worked) Do not stay here"

"First of all the staff was outstanding…..always aiming to please. We arrived early and the staff immediately assisted us in securing a room….since we were traveling with our two kitty cats……and the temps outdoors were extremely hot. Stef and her staff were so ever helpful and cordial. Her assistant went out of her way to make a room available! (Wish we knew her name….she along with Stef were outstanding!) "We had a delightful stay. The Inn is within easy walking distance from restaurants and a lovely town park, and it has lovely views of the inlet. The building itself is gorgeous and our room was delightfully furnished, decorated, and appointed. The staff were kind and attentive. Excellent experience!"

"This property was a huge disappointment. The bathroom was dirty, the baseboards and walls were filthy, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here. Between the poor condition of the property and the lack of customer service, I will not be returning."
