"Lovely suite in an excellent location in the heart of the old town. All communication with the staff was great and the room very well maintained. The WiFi was occasionally a bit patchy and the AC cut off from time to time, but nothing that spoilt the trip. Would highly recommend 😊"

Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. "Michele was helpful , but getting the address was complicated. After finding the car drop off location, you carry your luggage’s across the street up the stairs like 20 stairs . ( where there is no lights at night) The room did not have a phone, I wanted to call my car rental office. No tissues, and no channels on the TV, I usually like to listen to music in my room. Getting in and out of the Suite building was a bit shady. My recommendation for extra $50/ night , get a hotel ."

"This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions.
